General description

2 - Sheet Maker FH200.

A team to form sheets of dough from lumps or dough cuttings, forming it in a single step, which differentiates it from the traditional ones. With structure of pipes and sheet of stainless steel (AISI 304), with four rolls of 140 mm. of diameter bathed in electroniquel, with two gearmotors of 3 hp, with variators of speed, with tape of exit of 1,200 Mm. long, with stainless steel hopper, with manual and automatic control boards controlled by PLC, with an approximate production of 800 Kg. / hour.

 

3 - UTL100 laminator.

Three Rolling Modules model, with 100 mm diameter rollers bathed in hard chrome, with 3/4 Hp gearmotors, three speed drives for rolls and to coordinate with MCE1, command board, operator and machine safety and manual thickness regulation.

 

4 - Confectioner of Empanadas MCE1

A Team to make empanadas, built in stainless steel, with a manual and automatic control board controlled by PLC, with a custom-made stamping head and three sealing rings of choice, with a 210 mm mass gauge. wide, with filling dosing hopper, with a belt width of 240 mm. and a production of 2,000 empanadas per hour for a diameter of 120 mm.
